Beginning January 1st of 2026, the users of PayClix will have a billing fee previously covered by the water district. The Customer Pay program; in which the following transaction processing fees will be passed Customers:
- Cards - 3% + .30¢ - of the amount paid
- eChecks - .79¢ per transaction (flat fee)
